bsp/stm32f4: Add header files
Added register definition headers for STM32F4 ADC, EXTI, PWR, SYSCFG, TIM, OTGFS and updated FLASH and RCC. Fixed PLL_Q for USB 48MHz operation. Added flash prefetch enable.
