score/src/timespecdivide.c: Add nanoseconds granularity to the rate
monotonic period statistics and CPU usage statistics. This capability
is enabled by default although may be conditionally disabled by the
user. It could be too much overhead on small targets but it does not
appear to be bad in early testing. Its impact on code size has not
been evaluated either. It is possible that both forms of statistics
gathering could be disabled with further tweaking of the conditional
compilation.
* score/src/timespecdividebyinteger.c: New file.

PR 408/filesystem
* cpuuse/cpuuse.c: Added sync() service. As part of adding this
service, the new RTEMS service rtems_iterate_over_all_threads() was
also added. This new service makes it easier to iterate over all the
tasks/threads in a system and perform an action on them. This change
is to use the new thread iteration service.

* cpuuse/cpuuse.c (CPU_usage_Dump) : Corrected so it honors when an
object name is raw versus being a string.

* capture/capture-cli.c, cpuuse/cpuuse.c, monitor/mon-monitor.c,
monitor/mon-object.c, monitor/monitor.h: Corrected use of
_Objects_Information_table now that it is a two dimensional
array based upon API and class. In addition, in the monitor,
corrected an error which occured when a target has 64 bit pointers.

unnecessarily uses any variables defined by the BSP. On this
sweep, use of BSP_Configuration and Cpu_table was eliminated.
A significant part of this modification was the addition of
macros to access fields in the RTEMS configuration structures.
This is necessary to strengthen the division between the BSP independent
parts of RTEMS and the BSPs themselves. This started after
comments and analysis by Ralf Corsepius <corsepiu@faw.uni-ulm.de>.

Now that you have asked -- I'll attach a list of files lacking an RCS-Id to
this mail. This list has been generated by a little sh-script I'll also
enclose.
