	* Makefile.am, motorola_powerpc/Makefile.am,
	* shared/pci/detect_raven_bridge.c, Makefile.am,
	* shared/pci/generic_clear_hberrs.c: separated the generic
	version of _BSP_clear_hostbridge_errors() into its own
	file.
