* Makefile.am, configure.ac, psxtmtests_plan.csv: Add benchmark of
pthread_barrier_wait - blocking
* psxtmbarrier02/.cvsignore, psxtmbarrier02/Makefile.am,
psxtmbarrier02/init.c, psxtmbarrier02/psxtmbarrier02.doc: New files.
