* libfs/src/defaults/default_evaluate_link.c: Remove assignment.
* libfs/src/rfs/rtems-rfs-file.c: Check then load the inode is not
present on the close.
* libfs/src/rfs/rtems-rfs-format.c: Initialise the buffer chain.
