* Makefile.am: DIST_SUBDIRS = $(SUBDIRS).
Rework dist-hook.
* configure.ac: Reflect changes to RTEMS_ENABLE_RTEMSBSP.
* aclocal/enable-rtemsbsp.m4: Add support for --disable-rtemsbsp.
