* user/.cvsignore, user/Makefile.am, user/c_user.texi, user/concepts.t,
user/conf.t, user/dirstat.texi, user/stackchk.t, user/task.t,
user/userext.t: Add new Object Services collection. Tidy up some
configuration documentation from earlier changes.
* user/object.t: New file.
