* bsp_specs: Remove -D__embedded__ -Asystem(embedded)
-DUSE_ENHANCED_INTR_API from cpp.
Remove cpp, old_cpp (now unused).
* configure.ac: Add -DUSE_ENHANCED_INTR_API to bspopts.h.
