* configure.ac, score/include/rtems/score/coremutex.h,
score/inline/rtems/score/coremutex.inl: Add the ability to disable
inlining coremutex seize. This reduces the code size and also
improves the process of coverage analysis.
* score/src/coremutexseizeintr.c: New file.
