* Makefile.am: Merge-in images/Makefile.am, common/Makefile.am.
* images/Makefile.am: Remove.
* common/Makefile.am: Remove.
* configure.ac: Reflect changes above.
* main.am: Append -I $(topsrc_dir) to AM_MAKEINFOFLAGS.
