* libmisc/Makefile.am, libmisc/mw-fb/mw_fb.h: mw_fb.h eliminated the ufb_* calls and replaced some of the ioctl structures and numbers with the linux framebuffer equivalents * libmisc/mw-fb/mw_fb.c: Removed.
