	PR 1649/cpukit
	* libcsupport/Makefile.am, libcsupport/src/getgid.c: Make sure all get
	and set gid and egid routines are present and in their own files.
	* libcsupport/src/setegid.c, libcsupport/src/setgid.c: New files.
