* libcsupport/include/rtems/_inttypes.h: Undefine __PRIN defines.
* libcsupport/include/rtems/_stdint.h: Apply GNUC-limits to GCC >= 3.3, only.
Add _rtems_*_t_defined defines. Add extern "C".
