* aclocal/rtems-cpu-subdirs.m4: Remove (Unused).
* configure.ac: Remove RTEMS_CPU_SUBDIRS([score/cpu]).
Add RTEMS_CHECK_SYSV_UNIX.
Add score/cpu/*/Makefile.
* score/cpu/Makefile.am: Add DIST_SUBDIRS.
