* bootstrap: Add generate_bspdir_acinclude to automatically update
c/src/lib/libbsp/<cpu>/acinclude.m4.
Use #! /bin/sh instead of #!/bin/sh.
Remove autom4te*.cache during ./bootstrap --clean.
