* Makefile.am: Use @RTEMS_BSP_FAMILY@ instead of $(@RTEMS_BSP_FAMILY).
* configure.ac: Remove RTEMS_BSP_ALIAS.
Add RTEMS_CHECK_BSP_CACHE.
Use RTEMS_BSP_FAMILY to detect the bare BSP.
