* Makefile.am, preinstall.am, shmsupp/getcfg.c, shmsupp/lock.c,
startup/linkcmds: Now running mptests using new memory layout with
updates patches against gdb 6.8.
* include/psim.h, startup/psim_registers.c: New files.
