mpc8xx/include/mpc8xx.h, mpc8xx/mmu/mmu.c,
new_exception_processing/cpu.h, shared/include/byteorder.h,
wrapup/Makefile.am: This is conversion of the
mpc8xx CPU to the "new exception processing model."
