* shared/include/cpuIdent.h: New.
* shared/include/cpuIdent.c: Reflect having added cpuIdent.h.
* shared/include/cpu.h: Ditto.
* shared/include/Makefile.am: Add cpuIndent.h. Fix EXTRA_DIST.
