* Makefile.am: Create make/@RTEMS_BSP@.cache.
Handle make/custom/*.cfgs.
Create make/custom/default.cfg.
* configure.ac: Add creation of make/custon/*.cfg.
Create make/${RTEMS_BSP}.cache.
Read make/${RTEMS_BSP}.cache
