* i960ca/Makefile.am, i960ka/Makefile.am, i960rp/Makefile.am:
Use automake compilation rules.
* Makefile.am: Add PREINSTALL_DIRS.
* configure.ac: Add subdir-objects to AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS.
Require automake >= 1.8.2.
