* configure.ac: Remove references to RTEMS_BSP.
* aclocal/check-multiprocessing.m4: Remove references to RTEMS_BSP.
Allow building w/ --enable-multiprocessing --enable-multilib.
* aclocal/enable-multiprocessing.m4:
Eliminate RTEMS_HAS_MULTIPROCESSING.
