Relocate libcsupport from c/src/lib to c/src/exec/libcsupport.
* configure.ac: Use ENV_RTEMSCPU. Reflect changed paths.
* Makefile.am: Reflect changed paths.
* src/Makefile.am: Reflect changed paths.
