* configure.ac: Add 2nd arg to RTEMS_TOP.
Unconditionally configure MP-directories.
* Makefile.am: Don't include @RTEMS_BSP@.cfg.
Add DIST_SUBDIRS comprising MP-subdirs.
* samples/Makefile.am: Add DIST_SUBDIRS comprising MP-subdirs.
