Incorporated the submission from John S. Gwynne
<jsg@coulomb.eng.ohio-state.edu> of the rest of the 68000-ish support
for interrupt handling and bfffo support, the two BSPs he submitted
(efi68k and efi332), and SGI Irix 5.3 host support.
