* configure.ac: Remove GCC3NEWLIBVERS, BINUTILSVERS, GDBVERS.
* binutils/Makefile.am: Generate unversioned *binutils.spec.
* gccnewlib/Makefile.am: Generate unversioned *gcc-newlib.spec.
* gdb/Makefile.am: Generate unversioned *gdb.spec.
