Dynamically derive __ __RTEMS_MAJOR__,
__RTEMS_MINOR__, __RTEMS_REVISION__ from _RTEMS_VERSION.
Add __RTEMS_MAJOR__, __RTEMS_MINOR__,__RTEMS_REVISION__ to cpuopt.h.
