spec: Support more BSPs in validation test
Use the new functions RaiseSoftwareInterrupt() and
ClearSoftwareInterrupt() which may use a BSP-specific support for
software generated interrupts (see TM27_INTERRUPT_VECTOR_ALTERNATIVE).
