Subject: Patch rtems-rc-19990709-6-diff from Ralf Corsepius
 <corsepiu@faw.uni-ulm.de> applied.  This modified many Makefiles and custom
 files and makes many more settings (network, multiprocessing, etc) gnerated
 by autoconf.
