- Remove the printf support leaving the direct printk support configured with TESTS_USE_PRINTK and all other output goes via a buffered vsniprintf call to printk. - Control the test's single init for functions and global data with TEST_INIT and not CONFIGURE_INIT. * sp34/changepri.c, sp35/priinv.c: Convert the Objects_Name type from a simple type to a union of an unsigned 32 bit integer and a pointer. This should help eliminate weird casts between u32 and pointers in various places. The APIs now have to explicitly call _u32 or _string versions of helper routines. This should also simplify things and eliminate the need for ugly casts in some cases.

PR 1222/cpukit * Makefile.am, configure.ac: Enhance so that when the prioirity of a thread that is blocked on a priority based thread queue is changed, that its placement in the queue is reevaluated based upon the new priority.
