* rtemsdoc/Makefile.am: Use $(top_builddir)/common/common.add,
$(top_builddir)/common/clean.add, header.add.
Generate rtemsdoc.spec.in.
* rtemsdoc/mkspec.in: Remove exe_ext.
* rtemsdoc/rtemsdoc.spec.in: Remove.
