The thread priority aggregation for the home scheduler instance of a thread consists of at least one priority node, which is normally the real priority of the thread. The locking protocols (e.g. priority ceiling and priority inheritance), rate-monotonic period objects and the POSIX sporadic server add, change and remove priority nodes. A thread changes its priority now immediately, e.g. priority changes are not deferred until the thread releases its last resource. Replace the _Thread_Change_priority() function with * _Thread_Priority_perform_actions(), * _Thread_Priority_add(), * _Thread_Priority_remove(), * _Thread_Priority_change(), and * _Thread_Priority_update(). They were introduced well before per task variables, which are also deprecated, and were barely used in favor of their POSIX alternatives. In addition to their scarce usage, Notepads took up unnecessary memory. For each task: - 16 32-bit integers were allocated. - A total of 64 bytes per task per thread. This is especially critical in low memory and safety-critical applications. They are also defined as uint32_t, and therefore are not guaranteed to hold a pointer. Lastly, they are not portable solutions for SMP and uniprocessor systems, like POSIX keys and TLS. updates #2493.

This eliminates the return RTEMS_INTERNAL_ERROR at the bottom of each of these files which was unreachable and untestable code. This resulted in a code savings of approximately 20 bytes per file on the SPARC/ERC32.
