	* Makefile.am, configure.ac: Add test to exercise interrupt
	synchronization logic in _POSIX_Timer_Insert_helper that supports
	POSIX timers.

	psxintrcritical01/init.c, psxintrcritical01/psxintrcritical01.doc,
	psxintrcritical01/psxintrcritical01.scn: New files.
