* Makefile.am: Use SUBDIRS = instead of SUBDIRS += to make
automake-1.5 happy.
* include/rtems/score/Makefile.am: Use CLEANFILES = to make
automake-1.5 happy.
* bsp.am: Use PREINSTALL_FILES = to make automake-1.5 happy.
