* custom/dmv177.cfg: Add -D_OLD_EXCEPTIONS -Dppc603e to CPU_CFLAGS.
Remove obsolete comments.

Add -Dmpc$(CPU_TYPE) -DPPC_ABI=PPC_ABI_EABI -DPPC_ASM=PPC_ASM_ELF to
CPU_CFLAGS.
