CPU_INLINE_ENABLE_DISPATCH and CPU_UNROLL_ENQUEUE_PRIORITY.
* rtems/score/cpu.h: Insert sections on
CPU_INLINE_ENABLE_DISPATCH and CPU_UNROLL_ENQUEUE_PRIORITY.
