* rtems/new-exceptions/cpu.h, rtems/old-exceptions/cpu.h,
rtems/score/cpu.h: Move interrupt_stack_size field from CPU Table to
Configuration Table. Eliminate CPU Table from all ports. Delete
references to CPU Table in all forms.
