* clock/clockdrv.c, console/conscfg.c: Corrected.
* include/bsp.h: Support for tm27 and addition of CPU_CLOCK_RATE.
* startup/bspstart.c: Properly set initial status register and
pending interrupts.
* timer/timer.c: Works now.
