* configure.ac: Remove (Merged into ../configure.ac).
* Makefile.am, libc/Makefile.am, lib/Makefile.am, wrapup/Makefile.am:
Reflect having merged configure.ac into ../configure.ac.
* kern/kern_mib.c: Use RTEMS_VERSION to setup osrelease.
