* make/custom/tqm8xx.inc: New (Renamed from tqm8xx.cfg).
* make/custom/tqm8xx.cfg: Removed.
* make/custom/pghplus.cfg, make/custom/tqm8xx_stk8xx.cfg:
Include make/custom/tqm8xx.inc.
