* Makefile.am, configure.ac, bootloader/Makefile.am, include/bsp.h,
wrapup/Makefile.am: Add MVME2100 BSP and MPC8240 support. There was
also a significant amount of spelling and whitespace cleanup.
* README.MVME2100: New file.
