* Makefile.am: Update to current style.
* bsp_specs: Fix warning for _start.
* start/start.S: Proper attribution for origin.
* startup/bspstart.c: Add Skyeye bsp_reset() on Skyeye.
* include/.cvsignore: New file.
* include/bspopts.h.in: Removed.
