* configure.in: add lib/libbsp to the GNU canonicalized
subdirectories, remove cfg_subdirs, cfg_subdirs1, hst_subdirs1.
* Makefile.am: remove cfg_subdirs, cfg_subdirs1, hst_subdirs1.
* ChangeLog: Fix typos.
