* librdbg/Makefile.am: Merge-in librdbg/include/Makefile.am,
librdbg/src/Makefile.am.
* librdbg/include/Makefile.am, librdbg/src/Makefile.am: Remove.
* configure.ac: Reflect changes above.
Unconditionally apply RTEMS_CHECK_MULTIPROCESSING.
* wrapup/Makefile.am: Reflect changes above.
* Makefile.am: Add DIST_SUBDIRS = @BSP_SUBDIRS@.
