* clock/clock.c: Use shared clock driver shell.
* console/console.c: Removed. Now use shared polling shell.
* console/console-io.c: New file.
* console/Makefile.am: Correct to use shared polling shell.
* startup/bspstart.c: Remove all fast idle references.
