* automake/compile.am: Remove LDFLAGS_INCOMPLETE.
Remove LDFLAGS.
Add CCAS, CCASCOMPILE.
Remove compilation rules for *.cpp, *.cxx, *.C.
Use CCASCOMPILE to compile *.S.
Add -pg to RTEMS_CFLAGS_PROFILE_V.
