* automake/compile.am: Remove CFLAGS_DEBUG_OPTIMIZE_V,
CXXFLAGS_DEBUG_OPTIMIZE_V, LDFLAGS_DEBUG_V, CFLAGS_DEFAULT.
Support @CFLAGS@, @CXXFLAGS@.
