* wrapup/Makefile.am: Use project_libdir instead of
$(PROJECT_RELEASE)/lib. Eliminate LIBNAME. Pickup *.o's instead of
*.rels for CPU_OBJS. Manually create $(project_libdir)$(MULTISUBDIR).
