* Makefile.am: Remove AUTOMAKE_FILES.
Cleanup duplicate ACLOCAL_FILES.
EXTRA_DIST += config-ml.in.
DIST_SUBDIRS += make.
Add dist-hook.
* configure.ac: Add dist-bzip2 no-dist-gzip to AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS.
