* aclocal/config-subdirs.m4: Let CC default to $host_alias-gcc in
TARGET_CONFIG_SUBDIRS.
* aclocal/enable-bsp.m4: fix quoting.
* aclocal/check-bsps.m4, aclocal/bsp-alias.m4: Add pc386dx.
